1. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Solucionix grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate our Backup Plugin in accordance with the acquired commercial plan (Free, Intro, Advanced, or Full Premium).

2. Technical Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is", architected to transparently optimize heavy operations on the customer's own infrastructure. Under no circumstances shall Solucionix be held liable for data loss, file corruption, or quota shortages on remote network endpoints. It remains the sole responsibility of the server administrator to periodically audit log outputs (/var/log/backupftp_cron.log).
